well he is back from his 3 week hiatus, and ready for the voices...Doug made it back last night and spoke about the raise your voice, an open to the public conference designed and facilitated by The Association for Native Development in the Performing and Visual Arts (ANDPVA). they are primarly focused on the First Nations Urban communities but are also dedicated all First Nations people. Five Bridge Wilderness Trust These guys are in the Nova Scotia where they like to protect the natural habitat, be all scientific and educational with the lands and such, to make a stronger economic culture for all to share.
Pappy Johns band, these guys now feature the talents of Murrey Porter you know the guy who wrote 1492: Who found who...good song all about that columbus charecter who was looking for a trade route to india. Anyways they have a new cd full of the blues as only Six Nations folks can produce.
Sandy Scofield, a tour de force (excuse my french) in the world of First Nation Aboriginal media. This women has done just about everything. She sings, acts, and does workshops, I could tell you more but maybe its best if you hear it from her!!!
Florent Vollant, couldent find anything in english on this guy, so if your up for the challenge and can make your way through the french language check out this info on the other half of the Kashtin. Link

The audio segment is great. I enjoyed hearing it live and then had to listen to the segment a second time tonight. This is a great idea. I'll share some thoughts soon.
