Brain Black Thunder I believe he still lives in the Ottawa and from what I understand is in need of paying off his last CD so he is working day jobs in order to do so...the first one "spirit with a mask" is amazing and would hope that he can continue, but you know how it is "life is what happens when your busy making plans". Do you think it's likely this film will ever be shown in the US (at film fests or cable stations)? I'm in Chicago, and from what I've seen about the CBC not promoting it makes it seem unlikely it'll be shown here soon...
I get this question on a post a couple weeks about about the mini-series Indian Summer: The Oka Crisis, Well Veronika I did a little more diggin and it seems that the film in question not only was featured at the Dreamspeakers film festival in june of 2006, but it won best dramatic film prize as well. its all great but dont really help you right now...I am in the process of getting in contact with the producer(s) and director...maybe they can help in letting us know where else it might be playing or maybe a time when a DVD will be released...so you know I will keep you posted...
I guess that is all for now...sorry I was not able to post the audio of the show...will do next week it, it was a matter of logistics...
