budget, bike safety and life lived in the extreem

Both Doug and I was back in that house...the cfrc house...we spoke about the safty and benfits of wearing a helmet when biking...you know it being that time of year again...I even let you all in on a little secret...I might be using my legs to get to work...its doing my particapaction part for the heath and welfare of the voices. also I seen that Al Gore film, not a bad little film...but I think it needed some car chases or something...or maybe ed begley you know givin the common man "what for" in his electric car fighting the crime of the ages...the eventual death of mother earth...I kid about a serius subject...and I sort of commend the Gore for what he is doing and hope that we all could at least attempt a fraction of what he asking us to do....
well I am out and about...but while you are here check out the voices...

once again with the solo...

I feel as though I should make this quick because, well the Iron Chief is on…and if I don’t get my iron chief…you just don’t want to know what will happen

Last night I ran the voices all solo...I guess in was some sort of pay back from the Doug, who is finding himself in the southern regions basking in the sun and having a good time…which is fine I suppose as I was not around last week…I will not pretend to think that you the public was falling my every move. So I will tell you I was at the Ryerson attending a communications series that is by and part put together but the First Nations Technical Institute’s Indigenous Communications Program. The topic was on Ipperwash and the lack of participation of the media not only in this issue but in the First Nations issues as a whole…I was able to collect the tape of speeches and I provided them tonight with a little music so sit back put your feet up you deserve a break…and enjoy the Voices

The Panal discussion group consisted of Sam George(Dudley George's Brother), Peter Edwards author of the book "One Dead Indian", John Miller Professor of Journalism at Ryerson, and Bud Whiteye reporter, publisher of local newspaper of his Walpole Island First Nation.
