Snowy nights are for driving

you know its been a couple of days since the show...and I to tell you the truth dont remember it...it was here I/we did it...then I gets in the car and drives home...it was a snowy night blizzard actually...yes its coming back to me, it was the mother of all snow storms, of this year...if you listen to the TV's that is how they described it...yes it was snowing it was a little slippery but if you keep your head don't panic you would be good...and you want to be good don't you!!! I knew that you would...

oh hey also we have an interview that Courtney did with the Bob Lovelace...Robert to his friends...they spoke about the disagreements with uranium mining companies on native land, and that Canadian federal governments that allow this sort of thing to go on...and you know the Indians, concerned citizens that show the opposition to this so very uncool process. check it out...I promise its good

So its like this!!!

Computers is a mysterious machines...I would have been having last weeks show out here in the inter webs like you know last week sometime...I was hoping for Wednesday...but the computers they just would not let me do what I wanted to do...me be thinking they is got them artificial intellegence already...at the very least them machines is got the artificial emotions...I have been party to the AE once or twice in my life...I don't recommend it...

so anyways here is last weeks show...enjoy...

FNTI, needs your help!!!

Whereas First Nations Technical Institute (FNTI) is facing a financial crisis which may force the closing of its doors; and whereas FNTI has contributed significantly to closing the post-secondary gap between Indigenous peoples and Canadian Society, with over 2000 graduates; and whereas in order to deliver degree diploma and certificate programs it relies on often costly accreditation partnerships because it does not receive direct operational funding the way Ontario’s other colleges and universities do; and whereas FNTI is denied the same stability, security and variety of funding that is provided to other post-secondary institutions, therefore let it be resolved that we the undersigned call on the Ontario government to provide equity in operational funding and equity in the conferring of accreditation with its other 24 colleges and 19 universities.

Happy New Year...

its been a couple of days since the show, and although it takes little time to post when on high speed internet...I really only have this luxury when I am at work...the folks in my parts have to get by with the 56 k dial up a great and wonderful technology back in the early 90's but now its showing its age...the prognosis for high speed in my future is not looking good either...but enough about me...

its the voices a new year full of politics, news and well what ever we think of...so send us your notes...stuff you want to hear about things you want to know...all that jazz...
